When it comes to Sharp MFPs, Synappx Go simplifies document copying, scanning, and printing procedures, eliminating the need for users to familiarize themselves with common shared printers. Instead, users can conveniently perform tasks with a simple tap on the NFC tag or a QR code. To get started, contact your authorized Sharp service provider for the application installation and configuration on your Sharp MFP(s).

• The Synappx MFP Lite (No Login) feature facilitates straightforward copy and scan to email functions through QR code scanning.
• The full Synappx Go application grants access to a range of features such as scanning and printing from cloud storage services, print release capabilities, the Collaboration Hub experience, sharing options to display, and other collaborative tools.

For Sharp displays, Synappx Go empowers users to collaborate through their mobile devices, enabling organizations to establish dynamic collaboration spaces where on-site and remote team members can convene for more productive hybrid meetings.

• Users can initiate impromptu or scheduled meetings using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and GoToConnect by interfacing with the NFC tag or scanning the QR code.
• Synappx seamlessly integrates with in-room audio and camera solutions for instant engagement with both in-room participants and remote attendees.
• Remote operation features for web conferences such as volume control, microphone adjustment, screen sharing, camera settings, and trackpad functions are easily accessible through the app.
• With Synappx Go, users can leverage cloud storage folders to share documents on the display for editing and saving back to their original location.
• The trackpad functionality provides users with mouse-like control over operations like opening/closing dialog boxes, applications, browsers, controlling video playback (e.g., YouTube), and swiftly toggling between open applications.
• If you need to leave a meeting in progress, simply click "Leave" to exit the session individually. To conclude the meeting entirely, select "End" to close all applications, disconnect display audio and video connections, and terminate the web conference.
